What favorite color of clothing say about you?

When buying new clothes, in particular we focus not on fabrics, but on the colors. After all, each have their beloved, favorite color, which gradually begins to dominate in the wardrobe. Of course, tastes vary, at different stages of our life we are using different colors. For example, as teenage I had a lot of red clothing, and now at this color of the clothes I do not even look.

It turns out that the colors we choose intuitively, each in accordance with certain features of our character, and as you know it's formed over the years, so we can change the color and flavor with a time. 

 
Red - this is activity, cleverness and aggression color. This color choose people who like to be center of attention. Red attracts attention, but at the same time can annoy others. Exactly the same can be said about those who love this color: with them is interesting to spend time, 
but when communicating through a lot - they start to tease.

This color choose people who are going through life with a big smile on face and a positive look at everything that is happening around. They are a little careless, and can easily change their mind, and not feel uncomfortable about this.  
Orange - this color is full of energy. It is associated with the activity and life satisfaction, so it choose people firmly taking the road of life. Those who like this color have a high self-esteem and ambitions, 
and most importantly - they know how to enjoy the pleasures of life.

 
Blue - is the color of sky and sea. It helps to calm down, relax and achieve satisfaction. Mostly blue prefer those who care about comfort, and who like to dream about impossible things. 
These people are good, kind and a little shy.  
Green - is the color of nature and vitality. Those who prefer this color, have more energy and stamina. Such people are often too authoritative, and have career sense to achieve good results, 
but their personal lives have difficulty finding happiness.  
Violet - is the luxury and elegance of color, most suitable for those who want to enjoy the surroundings. It is said that the purple loving women are excellent attractant to which is never dull, but its pretty pretentious, so men have to put for them significant efforts.  
Pink - real coquettes color. Women who prefer pink clothes tend to be happy and relaxed, but at the same time loving irresponsible to put problems on the shoulders of others.  
White - it's clean color, so there is no doubt that neat people are opting for it. Usually white color love people choosing a calmer way of actions, they love accuracy.  
Black - usually considered that this color love negative people, prone to depression, but it is not a rule. Black also prefer those who have a lot of determination and is not prone to compromise.  
Gray - it's certainly not a boring personality color. In fact, they are real minx, might come as a surprise at every moment. Unfortunately, they also have disadvantages - not very feels confident of their own strength, so in order to fully unfold, they need a little time.

In summer we put ice everywhere - in the tea, coffee, juices, lemonades, and compotes. Therefore, it is really an inherent attribute of the summer. So why not to make beautiful, delicious, and even useful ice?

They may be different - used in skin care with flowers, chilled for champagne with berries or a simple water-cooled with citrus and herbs. It seem it is easy to do - forms are filled with water, put a few berries or a slice of lemon, then put in the freezer and you're done. However, things are not so simple. Making quality ice it may seem even a kind of ritual. In order to produce high quality and tasty ice cubes should be used only clean water. Do not use water from the tap. Use only filtered water from bottles. Ideally use the boiled water before pouring into molds.


Ice should not be placed in the same freezer where lies the meat, fish, berries or other frozen semi-finished goods. This is the common error. It would seem that what bad is supposed to happen. And in fact can. After all, you would not want to drink cocktail with fishy taste?

The old ice is better not to use. As with any product, ice also has its validity. Most of it depends on the water quality and the materials from which are made forms for ice. Do not use ice cubes if they have been lying for more than 6 months in refrigerator.

Reduce acne and soothe inflamed skin will helps freeze salted water (a glass of boiled water and a teaspoon of Himalayan salt). These ice cubes can be used on a daily basis, 
but after the salty ice massage face wash is not recommended.

For normal skin fits birch leaf, calendula, sage, parsley broth.
After ice massage, let it dry in naturally way and then use your favorite oil.

Into desired size and shape of the ice molds pour the water and put your favorite washed flowers - 
roses rings, dandelions, violets. Put in the freezer and wait for the result.

It is also easy with berries or fruit. Put into the form, and VOILA!

Cool, refreshing, colorful, made from seasonal fruits and vegetables, cold soups are a great way to overcome not only hunger, but also the heat. And it is also a great alternative to salad - no matter how tasty it is, you can still get bored to eat them all the time.

To make the most cold soups takes not much time, they are usually grated and sometimes we do not even need heat treatment - just put products to the blender and after the moment the soup is ready. 

It is important to put into this summery soup not only vegetables and greens. The rich flavor, tasty and excellent texture provide protein products, such as beans or dairy products: cream, yogurt, etc... Also to your soup add healthy fats - olive oil, nuts and avocados. The nutritional value will raise seeds and grains.

If you want to prepare really good cold soup, you should pay attention to several things.

First - color - it really should be sharpen and more enjoyable than simply gray or brown hues, characteristic of autumn soups. So watch out for vegetables color in the steaming pot and do not let them stay there too long. When mixing red vegetable soup, to keep bold color will help the natural acids. However, citric acid and other products better to avoid when preparing a green soup.

Cold grind soup texture should be smooth and silky. Well unless you deliberately want to leave chewing pieces, such as preparing the gazpacho. But usually when eating such soup we are not disposed to chew. Such texture will help to extract blender. Pleasant sensation of softness will makes yogurt, sour cream or buttermilk, depending on what you choose to base your soup on.

Runny nose , cough or sore throat - seems it is the most common prophets of various diseases, but certainly not the only ones. Sometimes we even do not think about various diseases and disorders of internal organs because some of the symptoms we do not know or simply do not pay attention on them.

Common Colds - if you are more easily and more often getting cold, you have probably weakened your immunity. Maybe the body just ran out of vitamin C, but it is worth to do for further blood tests. Various viruses likes to make residence in your body and do not necessarily get the full force right now. They gradually weaken your immune system, thus you constantly feel exhausted, tired and ill.

Your urine is very yellow - it is very important to pay attention to the color of your urine as this may actually be accurate single indicator of your health status. Normal urine color changes from pale yellow to rich amber color, depending on its concentration. Darker urine appears normal in the morning, other times it signals the body to dehydration . This is a signal that your body lacks water.

Changes in skin condition - If you notice that your skin has become fattier, rash, or increased acne, it does not necessarily mean that you are using incorrect cosmetics and detergents. All this might indicate an allergic reactions about which so far you had no any clue. Also, the skin lesions may indicate the disease of stomach, liver or pancreatic disease.

You're tired, even though you sleep enough - if you sleep enough but still experience fatigue, weakness, this may means that you have thyroid problems. If in the afternoon or even earlier you have to sleep, be sure to ask your doctor.

Everyone wants to be successful. But to be successful we must have an important thing, and that is motivation. 

Motivation is what gets you started. 
Habit is what keeps you going.

After getting started we often face the problem of keep moving. If we don’t have the motivation, we will be easily discouraged when we meet obstacles along the way.

The journey to achieve success may seems like a difficult one for people who are not motivated.
But those who are motivated will have different perspective.

Motivation is very important. It can make the difference between our success and failure. Everyone has his own methods for which keep him focused and determined to keep working towards his goals.

We all have dreams and future goals that we want to achieve, but why is it so hard to get motivated? It is not easy to get motivated for success for many of us, but if we are taking right steps then we can achieve it.

Winners are people who always go through any challenge and difficulties because of their motivation. Losers, otherwise, are those who can’t go through challenges and difficulties since
 they lack the necessary motivation. 

Difficult challenges will not disappear and will always be here, but our motivation will help us 
overcome them successfully.

Whether it's raining outside, or suffocating hot  - watermelon season is gaining momentum. How tasty is for us to eat huge smile reminiscent of watermelon clove ... Right? And a freshness of this berry unutterable. Yes - the watermelon is not the fruit, but berry - from the gooseberry family. I remember when I was a child I was dreaming that watermelons would be without seed. I guess you do too?

 Being  teenager I heard the joke - "What if the watermelon interbreed with cockroaches? The seeds would run away to all directions, LOL. So, for me watermelons are related only with good emotions, so I suggest to try to make one of my favorite drinks with watermelon.


You will need:
1 kg of watermelon
250 g of sugar
250 ml of water,
0.5 lemon juice.

Preparing

Wash, peel and cut into cubes watermelon.
Dissolve sugar in water on low heat. 
Add the watermelon slices in the chopper and a little chop them. 
Pour over the mass with syrup and lemon juice, then pour everything into a bowl and leave for 2 hours in the freezer.
Do not forget every 30 minutes to stir crushed ice.

Glasses for this drink you need to cool.

The solution is simple - regardless of the skin type, choose a mild cleanser, which dissolves dirt and excess fat, but does not create a sense of skin tension. Therefore, do not choose a fragrant cleaners, containing alcohol or ingredients that clog pores.


Peeling

Why do some women have enviable beautiful, glowing skin? Of course, genetics plays an important role, but even non-problematic  skin needs help. You need to use skin peelings. However, with a high degree of acne skin cleaners you should choose after consultation with dermatologists. If engage in amateur you can only hurt your skin.


Sweet skin

Regular body scrub is no less necessary than the face. And in order that your body skin was so soft as peach it is not necessary to leave a pile of money in the spa centers.
